We have a 28 day returns policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including the protective film on the pop protectors. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: POP PROTECTORS ARE ARE PROVIDED TO PROTECT THE POP DURING TRANSIT AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR DAMAGED POP PROTECTORS

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (Within 14 days of receipt of your item/s) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Upon receiving an enquiry regarding damage, we may request photo evidence of the parcel/Packaging and/or the particular product that has the issue, we require photo evidence within 3 days of requesting them (Your claim will be closed if the photo evidence is not received within the timeframe) . We will review this and provide a swift response & solution.
We consider damage to the box that was not pictured on the item listing to be damage in transit and eligibility for a paid return applies. ON PRE-OWNED ITEMS ONLY!
However, any minor scuffs, dents or creases to the outer boxes are not covered under this policy, as this is packaging only, not the item purchased and therefore out of our control.
Upon receipt of the item, it will be inspected by us before the exchange or refund can be processed.
Items have 7 days to be returned to us once the return has been accepted, we will supply a Royal Mail Tracked 48 label which expires after 7 days. If after 7 days the tracking has not updated and the items not sent, your claim will be closed and a new claim will need to be opened in line with our policy.
If a return label is not used within its validity period and the return window has passed, it is at our discretion whether we choose to honour the return claim. In such cases, any postage or return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, and the postage cost will not be refunded.

Defective Items
We will only issue refunds if the defective item is returned to us in the same condition it was received by the customer, and the defects were not shown on the listing when purchased or on the photo's we take during the packing process
We will provide the shipping label or offer a partial refund. Alternatively you can purchase the label yourself and we will reimburse you on receipt of the item(s). We reserve the right to not reimburse a postage cost where items are sent back prior to a confirmation of return approval.
Minor product inconsistencies will not qualify for a paid for return under the heading ‘product defects’. Examples of minor product inconsistencies are:
Small paint work issues
Small marks on figures
Minor wear/cracking on a plastic insert assuming that the insert still holds the figure in place as it was intended
Manufacturing box defects
The items we sell are mass produced and so some small discrepancies are to be expected (Especially on the brand new items). You may still return these items for a refund under the heading ‘change of mind’ below.

Change Of Mind/Unwanted Item
To receive a refund for your unwanted item you must inform us within 14 days you wish to return the item, you will then have 14 days to return the item/s. You must return it to us (at your expense) following our Returns Policy. Upon receipt of the item, it will be inspected by us before the refund can be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
Unwanted Items are to be returned at your own expense
Exclusions:
- If the value of the goods is diminished due to handling
- Original shipping cost will not be refunded
- Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with 6pcs or more of the same item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Original shipping cost will not be refunded
- You return the unwanted items at your own expense
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. All approved refunds will be processed within seven days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
