Our standard dispatch times are next working day Monday-Friday (no dispatch on weekends) and same working day before 8am on a Monday and before midday Tuesday-Friday.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable that may arise, this is NOT included in the shipping or item cost at checkout. Please check your local postal/country import rules for potential duties, taxes or fees payable. All international shipments will be declared at the correct value and as a sale of goods.

 

All international packages are sent using Royal Mail Tracked International. Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the combined weight of the items on your order.

 

We quote 7-14 working days as a shipping estimate for all international services. As stated this is an estimate and can vary due to factors outside our control such as customs handling times. You will be able to locate your order at all times with the provided tracking number(s).

 

In some instances on larger/heavier orders we will split the items over 2 or more packages. You will receive notification if this happens with your order and you will also receive all the relevant tracking numbers.
